AAYAA STUDIO undertakes to implement all measures required to ensure that data is processed in compliance with applicable regulations, in particular with EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” and with the law known as Informatique et Libertés of 6 January 1978.

By using the website www.wearenhuma.com (hereinafter the “Website”), you accept this Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”). Its purpose is to set out the terms of data processing in the context of the use of the Website.

AAYAA STUDIO reserves the right to modify the Policy at any moment. In the case of any modification, we undertake to publish the latest version on the Website indicating the date of the last update. Therefore, it is your responsibility to consult the Website regularly in order to be informed of any changes.

While operating the Website, AAYAA STUDIO may process certain personal data. AAYAA STUDIO undertakes to process only the data strictly necessary for the purposes sought in particular regarding recruitment and communication with users.

In order to use the services available from the Website, you must register, which makes it necessary to communicate certain personal data.

When filling out the contact form to forward a request, we must ask you to communicate information relating to your identity (Name) and contact address (E-mail), to specify the subject and write the body of your message.

DATA CONSERVATION

AAYAA STUDIO will only store your personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of its collection,in compliance with current regulations.

Upon expiry of that period, we file any personal data required to exercise or substantiate a right for a period of time equivalent to the relevant limitation period, or to fulfil any legal obligations relevant to us.

The information stored by means of cookies, as described above, will be stored for a period of up to thirteen (13) months in compliance with current regulations.

Regarding applications filed through the Website, AAYAA STUDIO keeps the files (CV and Motivation Letter) for a period of up to two (2) years for the purpose of future recruitment, except if the applicant expressly requests his or her file to be deleted.

DATA SECURITY

AAYAA STUDIO undertakes to implement any organisational, technical or software measures necessary to ensure the physical and digital safety of your personal data and prevent any infringement on privacy : unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, alteration, etc.

DATA COMMUNICATION

The data collected and processed by AAYAA STUDIO through the Website is shared with our office team, whose members are bound by confidentiality. The data may also be transferred, as appropriate, to our official service providers (IT in particular) for the purposes set out above.

AAYAA STUDIO shall under no circumstances sell or share the data collected, or pass it on to third parties, with or without consideration.

Where required, the data may be shared with the competent authorities or courts to meet statutory and regulatory requirements. In such a case, we will take any appropriate measure to give you prior notice, except where prohibited pursuant to current regulations.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS

The present Privacy Policy is governed by French law and any dispute arising in connection with it shall be brought before the courts of Paris.
